1. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your product, refunds are available for the purchase price.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the recipient .   
2. Custom designs are not returnable, but this shouldn't be a problem, as you will be involved from start to finish in the creation of your one-of-a-kind item!
3. Personal delivery is only available for the Washington D.C. metropolitan area, to include Northern Virginia, DC, and surrounding Maryland.
